Room Capacity

These study rooms are found on our top floor, situated around the Computer Labs.

STUDENTS CANNOT RESERVE THE COMPUTER LABS FOR GROUP OR INDIVIDUAL STUDY.

Note: A Daily maximum of 2 hours can be booked.

Please Read Before Making a Gould Law Library Study Room Reservation:

  • Study rooms are only available for use by currently enrolled Touro Law students.
  • You must use your @student.touro.edu address to book the room.
  • Rooms may be reserved in advance for a maximum two-hour time period per day, with no renewals.
  • You must book your study room time for two hours in a row - please do not select non-consecutive hours or your reservation may be cancelled.
  • Reservations may be made up to 1 DAY in advance.
  • Your privacy is protected - individual reservations will not have a name appear with them on the system.
  • If you would like your study buddies or members of your study group to be able to find you on the system, give your reservation a nickname.  These nicknames do appear publicly on the system.
  • Please cancel your reservation if you find you no longer need it.

Directions for Use:

  • To reserve a room on the computer: Choose the day you would like to reserve, then click on the room and time on the grid to begin making your reservation. If a room is available at the time, it will be highlighted in green.  Unavailable time is highlighted in blue, and booked rooms are highlighted in pink. Click on the box for each hour you would like to book. Once clicked, your selected time will appear yellow on the grid. To change it, click the box again to turn it back to green. When finished selecting, click on the "Continue" button to finalize your reservation with your name and e-mail address, and if you would like, your reservation nickname.
  • To reserve a room on your mobile phone: Choose the day you would like to reserve, then scroll down to click on the room and time on the grid to begin making your reservation. If a room is available at the time, it will be highlighted in green.  Unavailable time is highlighted in blue, and booked rooms are highlighted in pink. Click on the box for each hour you would like to book. Once clicked, your selected time will appear yellow on the grid. To change it, click the box again to turn it back to green. When finished selecting, scroll down and click on the "Continue" button to finalize your reservation with your name and e-mail address, and if you would like, your reservation nickname.

Additional Terms & Conditions:

  • The Library reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time.
  • The Library takes no responsibility for any items left in a study room.
  • If you abandon your study room for more than 15 straight minutes, Security will be called.  You will lose your reservation and Security will remove your items from the study room.
  • Abuse of the study room reservation rules can result in an inability to use study rooms in the future.
